Combination filter SR 599 is intended for use with fan unit SR 500/SR 500 EX.
The filter type A1BE2K1-Hg-P3 R protects against the following types of gases, vapours and particles:
- Type A protects against organic gases and vapours, e.g. solvents with a boiling point over +65°C.
- Type B protects against inorganic gases and vapours, e.g. chlorine, hydrogen sulphide and hydrogen cyanide.
- Type E protects against acidic gases and vapours, e.g. sulphur dioxide and hydrogen fluoride.
- Type K protects against ammonia and certain amines, e.g. ethylenediamine.
- Type Hg protects against mercury vapours. Warning. Maximum application time 50 hours.
- Type P3 R* protects against all types of particulate contamination. *R (re-useable): The filter is intended to be used for more than just one working shift.
