SR 700 is a battery powered fan unit. Together with particle filters SR 510 P3 R / SR 710 P3 R and approved head part, it is a component of Sundström's ventilation-assisted breathing protection system.
The fan has filters and the filtered air is delivered to the head part through a breathing hose. The resulting overpressure prevents the ingress of contamination from the environment.

SR 700 can be used as an alternative to filter protection in all situations where it is recommended. This is especially true for heavy, warm or lengthy work.
