Ultrafuse PPSU

Ultrafuse® PPSU has been specially developed for FFF printing and is based on state-of-the-art Ultrason® materials. Ultrason® resins are amorphous thermoplastics derived from polyethersulfone (PESU), polysulfone (PSU) and polyphenylsulfone (PPSU), offering a very high level of thermal resistance. With its broad spectrum of material performance benefits, Ultrafuse® PPSU can be successfully used in applications for which other plastics, such as polyamide, polycarbonate, polyoxymethylene and polyalkylene terephthalates, do not meet the performance requirements. Its inherent flame-retardant properties make it a particularly suitable material for the aerospace industry.
