Ultrafuse® PPSU has been specially developed for FFF printing and is based on state-of-the-art Ultrason® materials. Ultrason® resins are amorphous thermoplastics derived from polyethersulfone (PESU), polysulfone (PSU) and polyphenylsulfone (PPSU), offering a very high level of thermal resistance. With its broad spectrum of material performance benefits, Ultrafuse® PPSU can be successfully used in applications for which other plastics, such as polyamide, polycarbonate, polyoxymethylene and polyalkylene terephthalates, do not meet the performance requirements. Its inherent flame-retardant properties make it a particularly suitable material for the aerospace industry.
Ultrafuse® PP GF30 contains 30 % fibreglass specially developed for 3D printing filaments, making Ultrafuse® PP GF30 compatible with any conventional FFF printer. PP has lower moisture absorption than PA, making Ultrafuse PP GF30 fully printable without the need for drying. Combined with its high degree of fibreglass reinforcement and excellent chemical resistance, Ultrafuse® PP GF30 is the preferred filament for particularly harsh environments. Its UV resistance makes it more suitable than any other PP-based filament in applications with direct exposure to sunlight.

Ultrafuse® PAHT CF15 is a high-performance 3D printing filament that opens up new application areas in FFF printing. It can be used in any FFF printer with a hardened nozzle. It is also compatible with BVOH, a water-soluble support material, and HiPS, enabling complex geometries to be printed for the most demanding operating environments. Ultrafuse® PAHT CF15 combines high levels of temperature and chemical resistance with excellent mechanical strength. Its excellent dimensional stability means there is minimal shrinkage of the printed component during printing, allowing for a straightforward printing process. The properties of the fibres ensure that the parts remain very strong and extremely stiff.
Ultrafuse® HiPS is a high-quality engineering thermoplastic widely used in the 3D printing industry as a support material for ABS. But this material has other properties to offer, such as good impact strength, good dimensional stability and easy post-processing. HiPS is an excellent support material for ABS, as there is good compatibility between the two materials and HiPS can be easily removed. This means it is now possible to create ABS models with complex geometries. Our HiPS can be easily post-processed with adhesive or sandpaper.
BVOH is a water-soluble support filament.
In addition to its high heat resistance, ASA offers high weather resistance outdoors.
ABS is strong and flexible with a high level of heat resistance.
PCTG is a modified copolyester for the highest industrial requirements. The material combines high chemical and thermal resistance with mechanical properties such as high impact strength, high scratch resistance and excellent optical luminosity. In addition, the PCTG has flame-retardant properties in accordance with UL94 V2 and HB. It also meets numerous certifications (cosmetics, FDA, Reach, RoHS).
ABS filament that boasts excellent heat resistance and a hard scratch-resistant surface. Due to its many advantages, ABS plastic is used in a variety of applications outside of 3D printing, including in many household and consumer products.
Polyethylene terephthalate glycol (PETG) is one of the worlds best-known thermoplastic polymers. Extrudr XPETG Matt was developed for a wide range of applications for which the main requirement is a good balance between mechanical and optical material properties. The raw material is certified in accordance with REACH and RoHS standards.
Extrudr WOOD is made from renewable raw materials such as lignin and other biopolymers. This wood-fibre reinforced plastic is characterised by exceptional processing properties. In addition, the raw material is approved in accordance with REACH, RoHS and FDA standards.
Polyethylene terephthalate glycol (PETG) is one of the worlds best-known thermoplastic polymers. Extrudr PETG was developed for a wide range of applications for which the main requirement is a good balance between mechanical and optical material properties. The raw material is certified in accordance with FDA, REACH and RoHS standards. PETG is flame-retardant in line with UL 94 with a wall thickness of 3.2 mm.
Greentec is a biopolymer specifically designed for high performance applications requiring high temperature resistance and good mechanical properties. In addition, the raw material is approved in accordance with the FDA, REACH and RoHS standards.
TPU FLEX is a durable elastomer based on polycaprolactone polyester. It was specially developed for industrial applications and is excellently suited to the production of elastic and damping components. The material is optimised for the FFF/FDM process in terms of thermal stability and better flow properties. The raw material complies with REACH and RoHS standards.
Ultrafuse® Support Layer filament has been developed for use in combination with Ultrafuse® Metal filaments. When printed between the support and the object, it creates a barrier during sintering and makes it easier to separate the support from the metal part. Ultrafuse® Support Layer is not intended for printing stand-alone parts, but should be printed as a layer attached to the support structures in dual extrusion printing.
PP is a high-performance thermoplastic with low density, high elasticity and high fatigue resistance.
Extrudr FLAX is made from renewable raw materials and, thanks to the added mineral filler, enables fast production speed. The material was developed for rapid prototyping applications. At high temperatures and a steady print speed, the surface becomes rough and resembles sandstone. The raw material is approved in accordance with REACH, RoHS and FDA standards.

PLA is a biodegradable polymer with a low melting point that is particularly easy to print.
