LOCTITE® 3D 3860 is a black, single-component, light-curing acrylic resin that can be used for prototyping or manufacturing functional parts using stereolithography (SLA) or Digital Light Processing (DLP). It cures with very short exposure to monochromatic light sources such as laser or LED. After post-processing, the printed items have an extremely high temperature resistance with minimal deformation at high temperatures of up to 220°C. It can be printed at room temperature using various laser SLA and DLP platforms.
LOCTITE® 3D IND405 certified for Carbon® printers, is a tough, semi-rigid 3D printable material from LOCTITE®. The material is produced as a single-component resin. It offers an attractive matt surface. Its mechanical behaviour is comparable to that of unfilled propylene.
LOCTITE® 3D IND147 is a high-temperature-resistant resin with an HDT of 230°C and good dimensional stability for low-load processes in casting applications. LOCTITE® 3D IND147 is characterised by a good surface quality and sufficient toughness to withstand the mechanical stresses of casting processes. Its unique properties make it ideal for applications such as polyurethane and silicone casting.
