The twist drill bit creates a burr-free edge through very clean holes. It is possible to start the drilling immediately after attachment, with no pre-marking required. The fracture stability is increased by up to 50%, as the core diameter increases constantly in the shaft direction (from dia. 3.2 mm). 3-way milled clamping surfaces prevent the drill from spinning in the tool (from dia. 5.0 mm).
For unalloyed and alloyed steels (up to approx. 900 N/mm² strength), for drilling thin-walled profiles and sheet metal up to 5.0 mm, plastics and wood.
