The ABS Lock III support tube helps you to reinforce suitable securing equipment from ABS Safety for use in safety harness systems of type ABS Lock SYS I-IV. This is particularly necessary for corners and curves and with end fasteners: Pretensioning of the stainless steel cable required for a cord guard may otherwise result in unintentional deformation of the supports. With the additional support tube, however, this is not a problem! Many of our anchor points come equipped with a permanently welded support tube specially for use in rope systems. The ABS Lock III support tube can be used to subsequently reinforce simple stainless steel supports.
Most personnel anchor points from ABS Safety are suitable for use in safety harness systems, many others allow upgrading with a support tube.
