The RS28 is a roughing disc (shape 27) for angle grinders of all power classes.
Material compatibility:
The RS28 is been specifically designed for machining stainless steel (VA steel, Inox), e.g. 1.4301 (X5CrNi18-10 or 304), steel (black steel, also known as structural steel, St37, S235JR, 1.0037 or carbon steel) and cast steel. The RS28 roughing disc is ideally suited for chamfering, weld seam preparation, the levelling of weld seams and for rounding off edges. It is also suitable for surface grinding.
Application:
The RS28 impresses with its very high machining performance and aggressiveness. Due to its top coat of fine grain, the disc keeps material chipping to a minimum.
