The FS1 FUSION is a roughing disc (shape 27) for angle grinders of all power classes.
Material compatibility:
The FS1 FUSION is been specifically designed for machining stainless steel (VA steel, Inox), e.g. 1.4301 (X5CrNi18-10 or 304), steel (black steel, also known as structural steel, St37, S235JR, 1.0037 or carbon steel) and cast steel. The FS1 FUSION roughing disc is ideal for fillet weld grinding.
Application:
The FS1 FUSION impresses with its very high machining performance and aggressiveness. A choice of grits (40, 60, 80) allows users to modify the grinding finish. The disc is very soft and can be easily profiled, which offers a decisive advantage for circumferential grinding on fillet welds.
