The RS50 LONGLIFE is a roughing disc (shape 27) for angle grinders of all power classes. It particularly demonstrates its strengths on high-performance power tools.
Material compatibility:
The RS50 LONGLIFE has been specifically designed for machining steel (black steel, also known as structural steel, St37, S235JR, 1.0037 or carbon steel) and cast steel. The RS50 LONGLIFE roughing disc is ideally suited for chamfering, weld seam preparation, levelling weld seams, for buffing and levelling cast parts, as well as for rounding off and deburring edges. It is also suitable for surface grinding.
Application:
The RS50 LONGLIFE impresses with its very high machining performance and aggressiveness combined with a long service life. Due to its top coat of fine grain, the disc keeps material chipping to a minimum.
