Power tool compatibility:
The RS38 is a roughing disc (shape 27) for angle grinders of all power classes.
Material compatibility:
The RS38 has been specifically designed for machining stainless steel (VA steel, Inox), e.g. 1.4301 (X5CrNi18-10 or 304), steel (black steel, also known as structural steel St37, S235JR, 1.0037 or carbon steel) and cast steel. The RS38 roughing disc is ideally suited for chamfering, weld seam preparation and levelling weld seams, as well as for rounding off and deburring edges. It is also suitable for surface grinding.
Application:
The RS38 impresses with its long service life. Due to its top coat of fine grain, the disc keeps material chipping to a minimum (only valid for the variant with a disc thickness of 7 mm).
This roughing disc is the preferred choice in locksmith's shops, steel construction, container and plant construction and in pipeline construction.
