The cutting disc is converted to match a suitable hole in a quick and affordable way. The knurled reducing ring DZ 100 RR fits exactly into the hole of the cutting disc - allowing the bore diameter to be reduced quickly and with minimum effort. The DZ 100 RR reducing ring can be used to clamp the cutting discs into the machine with perfect precision.

The outer edge of the DZ 100 RR reducing rings is finely toothed. This prevents the ring from slipping when clamped in the cutting disc and ensures better adhesion. Before clamping, the reducing ring is pressed or driven into the desired cutting disc. When selecting a reducing ring, it should be noted that the ring needs to be thinner than the working material and is only used for centring. Otherwise, the disc will not be properly fixed in place, which could cause it to loosen or even break.
