- The filter (type ABE) protects against the following types of gases and vapours:
- Type A protects against organic gases and vapours, e.g. solvents whose boiling point exceeds +65°C.
- Type B protects against inorganic gases and vapours, e.g. chlorine, hydrogen sulphide and hydrogen cyanide.
- Type E protects against acid gases and vapours, e.g. sulphur dioxide and hydrogen fluoride.
- The gas filter can be easily combined with particulate filter SR 510 P3 R, offering additional protection against aerosols (particles), e.g. when spray painting.
