The CS 310 X abrasive sleeve has been developed by Klingspor for universal use in metalworking. These abrasive sleeves can also be used for plastic and wood. They are equally suitable for free-standing machines as for hand-held machines.
Sanding with abrasive sleeves regularly generates high centrifugal forces which place an extraordinary amount of stress on the abrasive. The tear-resistant cotton backing, as support material, provides the necessary strength to allow safe working under these conditions. This abrasive with corundum grain is bound to the support material by a layer of synthetic resin.
