The carbon fibres minimise shrinkage, which largely reduces the risk of warping. The material exhibits a very high level of strength with residual impact resistance, very low warping tendencies and very good layer adhesion. Due to the good heat and media resistance, suitable for all applications for high-strength or lightweight parts. Attractive surface finish with matt gloss. Very rigid filament, which can break in the feed if bending radii are narrow. The material differs from F3 PA-CF Pro in that it has a lower sensitivity to moisture when printing and significantly increased heat is required for melting.
The use of abrasion-resistant nozzles is strongly recommended. The filament must be stored and printed dry for the best printing results.
