The double cylinder is delivered without keys; these must be ordered separately.
Locking systems are special-order products. The customer does not have the right to return or exchange the product.
For subsequent and replacement deliveries, proof of ownership (security card) must be provided via the configurator. Extensions are processed by the Beschläge Center.
Delivery time is approx. 10-15 working days; if the order includes cylinders that are 61 mm or longer on the cylinder side, this is extended to 20 working days.
