The Tecrona coating is the ideal coating for all drilling operations that place extreme stress on the tool. It adheres very well to the tool, which causes the wear protection coating to increase the surface hardness to approx. 4200 HV. The friction value is extremely low with this coating, which increases the service life with low wear.
Can be used in all upright and magnetic column drills with morse taper in conjunction with RUKO attachment holder no. 108 302 / 108 303 / 108 315 / 108 316, RUKO EasyLock No. 108 312 / 108 313 / 108 314 or with direct Weldon shaft attachment such as RUKO magnetic column drill RS5e/RS10.
RUKO core drills with Tecrona coating and carbide cutting edges are universally usable for non-hardened steels and superalloys (materials with very high alloying proportions of AL, Ti, nickel such as Inconel, Husteloy, Inox).
