- Required injectable mortar: Concrete specialist WIT-VIZ, WIT-VIZ Express, WIT-VM 100, WIT-Express
- Anchor rod for injection system W-VIZ-A/S DYNAMIC individual fixing point: Fatigue loading (dynamic). Zinc-plated steel
- Push-through installation
- Easy installation: Anchor is supplied pre-assembled (no laborious assembly of anchor components required)
- Hardened injectable mortar largely seals off the drill hole
- Fastening with low expansion pressure allows small spacing and edge distances
- The geometry of the anchor rod allows safe follow-up expansion capability
- Mechanical drill hole cleaning: Easy handling, very good drill hole cleaning, high working loads
- Force-controlled/torque-controlled expansion anchor made of galvanised steel in sizes M12, M16, M20 or high corrosion-resistant steel (HCR, 1.4529) M16
- The load is transferred via the mechanical interlocking of individual cones in the injection mortar and also via a combination of retention and frictional forces in the base material (concrete)
W-VIZ/HCR dynamic in high corrosion resistance steel (material type no. 1.4529) available on special order.
Suitable injectable mortar: WIT-VIZ, WIT-VIZ Express, WIT-VM 100, WIT-Express
- DIBt National technical approval Z-21.3-1909 for individual fixing point, cracked and uncracked concrete + fatigue loading (dynamic)
- European Technical Assessment ETA-18/0979: Retroactively installed fasteners in concrete under fatigue-relevant cyclic effect of action (dynamic response)
Effect of action on anchorages: Fatigue loading (note: static and quasi-static action according to ETA-04/0095)
Base material:
- Reinforced or non-reinforced normal weight concrete
- Concrete compressive strength C20/25 to C50/60
- Cracked and uncracked concrete
- Temperature range -40°C to 80°C, maximum short-term temperature +80°C and maximum long-term temperature +50°C
W-VIZ/S dynamic (zinc-plated steel) can be used in dry indoor areas
Suitable for fastening slewing cranes, crane runways, guide rails in lift shafts, ventilation fans, machinery, welding robots, conveyors, street and motorway traffic signs, gantries, attachments in road and railway tunnels etc.
Clean the drill hole: 2x blow out, 2x mechanical brush out, 2x blow out
If the drill hole is M20 or larger, blow out with pneumatic air using the appropriate pneumatic air nozzles
