The ABS-Lock III-R Steel is a high-quality attachment point with a freely rotatable anchor ring. This means you can easily move around the attachment point while working. The risk of a twisted fastener or tilted snap hook reduces significantly with the ABS-Lock III-R for steel substrates. In work environments with very limited space, such as on wind turbines or industrial machinery, this fall arrester demonstrates its full potential.
The anchor point can be loaded in all directions and secures up to 2 people when working on wind turbines (according to EN 50308). In other work areas, the system has been tested according to DIN CEN/TS 16415:2013 for simultaneous use by 3 people.
GL-certified. Freely rotatable ring bolt. Not suitable for repeated abseiling use when mounted overhead!
The anchoring device is supplied in yellow (RAL 1003) as standard. This doesn't just provide good visibility, it is a requirement on wind turbines.
It is certified for use on wind turbines. The system can also be used in any other work environment with a steel substrate capable of carrying the load.
The ABS-Lock III-R for steel is screwed into a thread available on the construction.
