Solvent-free primer for improved adhesion of Eurasol®, butyl and bitumen adhesive tapes to mineral and absorbent surfaces.

Considerably increases adhesive strength thanks to self-adhesive formula

Fibrous and porous surfaces are hardened, and can therefore be safely bonded using adhesive tape.

Environmentally friendly and user-friendly

  • Odourless, no toxic substances or solvents are released

  • Practical dispensing bottle for simple and clean application

Good material compatibility

Adjacent surfaces are not attacked

Good resistance to water and heat after complete drying

Short time until fully dry

Notice

Thickened Eurasol Primer Plus can be diluted with water. Eurasol Primer Plus SK can be cleaned with water while fresh; when hardened it can generally only be removed mechanically.

Drying time may vary according to substrate material (absorbent, non-absorbent, damp etc.) and temperature. The primer must be protected against moisture until it is fully hardened.

Once fully hardened, the structure must be covered e.g. with a water vapour-permeable tarpaulin for more than 16 hours in the event of prolonged rain/snow.

Avoid exposure to continuous/standing moisture.

Application on frozen, ice-free surfaces is possible, provided the climatic conditions reach/exceed +5 °C on that working day.

EMICODE EC1plus: Very low emission – the EMICODE classification system characterises the environmental and health compatibility of construction products. The lowest-emission products bear the EC1plus mark.
