- The enclosure is connected directly to the mainboard, allowing a range of useful functions to be configured directly via the printer's LCD touch panel
- An advanced filtration system with HEPA filter (99.9 % efficiency) helps to reduce odours and prevents ultra-fine particles (UFP) from being released into the air. Filtration is automatically controlled by the printer and air is blown out of the enclosure through the HEPA filter. To extend the service life of the HEPA filter, filtration is deactivated for materials such as PLA and PETG, which produce few particles and little odour, but can be switched on manually. The XL printer notifies you as soon as the HEPA filter needs to be changed

- Additional synchronised LED strip for illuminating the print area and displaying the printer status

You will need to replace some of the plastic parts in your printer, such as Nextruder or belt holder parts, with the parts included in the pack, which are made of a more heat-resistant material (PCCF).
This pack does not include a 3D printer.
The basic pack includes: All components required to build the enclosure (frame parts, transparent side panels, top and bottom panels, bellows cover, fastening material, printer frame brace), PCCF spare parts for the XL printer, temperature sensor, LED strip and documentation. The Original Prusa XL Enclosure is supplied as a disassembled kit.

Set the filtration performance and even the duration of filtration after printing (e.g. when printing with materials such as ASA or PCCF) to give the system extra time to filter out any particles generated during the print job, control the LED strips and easily check the service life of the HEPA filter in the printer's menu.
