Application area

Materials to be processed: Specially for stainless steel, steel and non-ferrous metals

Instructions
  • The better the pre-sanding, the simpler and shorter the effort required for polishing. The fleece disc should be very fine or the compact fleece disc should be the last pre-sanding step or pre-sanding should be done with an abrasive cloth of grain 320 or 400.

  • Apply polishing paste with machine running.

  • Every work step should be crosswise or diagonal to the previous one.

  • To avoid impairing the results, do not mix polishing pastes.

  • Remove polishing residues on the surface with brake cleaner.

  • Important: If the individual work steps are not carried out carefully, flaws in the surface become even more obvious during buffing.

  • The application recommendations are of a general nature depending on how good the initial surface is or how high the requirements for the final surface are.

  • Perform preliminary testing or conduct your own tests!
