- Comprehensive safety concept includes pneumatic cylinder, foot pedal, safety cage, shock absorber drop guard and pedestal to ensure maximum safety for the user.
- The station includes one small clamping jaw, one large clamping jaw and a vice jaw. This scope of delivery allows compression of over 90% of all coil springs on vehicles. Other optional special accessories deliverable.
- Two clamping jaw mounts on the basic unit permit an opening width of up to max. 486 mm. Particularly important for many current models with extra-long vehicle springs.
- Mirror for viewing from above makes the piston rod easier to position during installation.
- Protective cage with high-strength polycarbonate panels ensures a high level of protection in the event of incorrect operation or accidental splintering of the material.
- The two infinitely adjustable upper gripper jaws can be set to the required coil diameter. They can be moved upwards and downwards, tilted and fixed in place for maximum adaptability to any type of spring.
- The practical absorber drop guard keeps the absorber in position during installation.
- The handles above the unit and the wheels make the unit easy to manoeuvre.
- CE approval for the unit documents the unit's conformity with 2006/42/EC (machinery directive)
