Jost® TCE Grease 810 S
Fully synthetic special sliding grease for plastic processing.
- Excellent suitability for reliable long-term lubrication of ejectors, mould inserts, sliders, pillar guides, threaded spindles, pressure plates, struts etc.
- Product is characterised by outstanding wear protection and high capacity for pressure exertion.
- The fully synthetic base oil and coordinated additive package ensure a high load-bearing capacity and form a firm lubricating film at friction points.
- The excellent adhesive effect (affinity) to the tool surface prevents transfer to finished parts with proper use.
Typical properties:
- Silicone-free
- Application temperature: -30°C to +200°C (briefly +220°C)
- Excellent adhesion, non-sticky
- Low-ash
- Mineral oil free
